    Ragu oversees the corporate direction and strategy for Gava Talent Solutions with a strong focus on increasing our global footprint and making our Clients successful – no matter where they do business. His mantra: “Impossible is not in my vocabulary.”

  • Gita Bhargava CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    Gita is focused on the people who matter most to us – our clients and our employees. Gita’s team works to continuously improve our solutions, and client service experience. As a co-founder, she also continues to work closely with Human Resources on initiatives that make Gava Talent Solutions a great place to work.

  • Bill Armstrong President

    Bill Armstrong oversees the strategic direction, expansion, and operations of all our solutions. Under Bill's leadership Gava Talent Solutions has expanded to providing services for all major industries and countries and has built one of the largest candidate networks in the industry.

  • Adam Sheffield Chief Revenue Officer

    Adam Sheffield, Chief Revenue Officer, brings more than 15 years of experience leading sales organizations in the HCM and Professional Services market. He currently oversees the global sales organization and operations for all companies under the Global Upside umbrella.

  • Roy Avondet CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

    Roy manages the financial strategy and operations of Gava Talent Solutions with a focus on strategic long-range planning, budgeting, and ensuring we have a balance portfolio of growth initiatives. Roy was previously a partner at Deloitte & Touche, serving the firm for 34 years.

    Rick strives to understand the issues his clients are facing. Working with his Gava team he develops solutions to then discuss with those clients. Rick and the Gava team then endeavor to make those ideas a reality to the benefit and success of all those concerned.

    Nandita manages our worldwide marketing, corporate communications and public relations. She is responsible for creating integrated global marketing plans that engage our Clients and help grow demand for our solutions.
