    Bill Armstrong oversees the strategic direction, expansion, and operations of all our solutions. Under Bill's leadership Gava Talent Solutions has expanded to providing services for all major industries and countries and has built one of the largest candidate networks in the industry.


    Paul manages global talent acquisition operations in the US, Philippines and India, supporting clients in 100+ countries. With over 20 years of experience, Paul has a proven track record in executing talent acquisition strategies and building world class teams


    Preeti’s forte in global talent acquisition lies in areas such as finance & accounting, IT, engineering, sales and operations. With over 15 years of global talent delivery experience, she is known for her ability to find innovative solutions to challenging situations.


    Pam Clawson has worked as a recruiter in the San Francisco Bay Area and Utah. Pam loves connecting with people and developing long lasting relationships. Through her extensive network, she finds the best talent for Accounting and Finance, HR, Marketing, and Executive level positions. Pam has gained respect from peers and clients by always bringing a friendly, professional attitude to each engagement.

    Teri joins Gava Talent with over 20 years of account management experience. She specializes in building partnerships in the staffing and recruiting world. Teri is the Chair of the SSL Chamber Women in Business Committee and spends her free time supporting the Salt Lake City community and youth projects.

  • Anastasia Tohmé Talent Acquisition Manager, International

    Anastasia has nearly 10 years of experience in recruiting top talent from the EMEA region across different sectors. She specializes in supporting growing companies as they expand their businesses across borders and into new markets. Currently based out of Madrid, she oversees international talent acquisition for GTS. She is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Arabic.

    Stacey has 16 years’ experience working in HR. She is PHR certified and has been focused on talent acquisition & building exceptional workgroups. In addition to her work with the South Salt Lake Chamber Women in Business, she also serves as a Planning Commissioner for the city of South Salt Lake. Stacey has a MBA with a background in Exercise Physiology.
