Our client, a leader in residential and commercial pest control, is seeking a Commission Analyst to join their growing team. They are on a mission to improve face to face interactions with customers through their advanced technology. This role is for someone who loves a challenge. The company is experiencing rapid growth, pays their sales team daily and has a complex commission structure. What does this mean for you? Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely payment of payroll/commissions
  • Assist/support HR to ensure benefits are tracked properly
  • Demonstrate the highest possible level of service, collaboration, and teamwork
  • Maintain accurate payroll documentation
  • Determine hourly pay and overtime pay
  • Work with sales leadership to calculate/pay commissions
  • Be available to answer payroll questions from employees in timely manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in an analyst role
  • High level attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet schedules and work under tight deadlines
  • Advanced Excel skills
