Our client, a leader in residential and commercial pest control, is seeking a Commission Analyst to join their growing team. They are on a mission to improve face to face interactions with customers through their advanced technology. This role is for someone who loves a challenge. Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely payment of payroll/commissions
- Assist/support HR to ensure benefits are tracked properly
- Demonstrate the highest possible level of service, collaboration, and teamwork
- Maintain accurate payroll documentation
- Determine hourly pay and overtime pay
- Work with sales leadership to calculate/pay commissions
- Be available to answer payroll questions from employees in timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in an analyst role
- High level attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet schedules and work under tight deadlines
- Advanced Excel skills
