Manage and design all financial systems and lead their success.

Remote in Utah, California, Texas, Colorado, or Washington


  • Administration and support of NetSuite, OneStream, Cybersource, Worldpay, Avalara, and all other proprietary finance systems
  • Manage the process of researching and implementing new functionality and improvements in these systems
  • Collaborate and communicate with other technical resources and internal stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions to support business requirements
  • Technical support with our proprietary software including but not limited to managing general system performance, product catalog requests, adding new skus, updating existing and disabling or removing skus, creating, testing, and implementing workflows, sandbox maintenance, diagnosing and resolving problems with NetSuite and Salesforce connectors
  • Manage all merchant account backend processes
  • Take necessary pricing actions to ensure integrity and accuracy in all systematic billing
  • Control pricing and discount configuration for new clients, including partnering with account management, product managers, and sales department to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain and regularly update pricing database, including working with finance and marketing on implementing changes to pricing or discounting tables
  • Run regular and ad hoc reports and perform analysis to analyze impact of supplier billing in view of overall history as well as profitability of customer


  • 2+ years experience as a system administrator supporting finance processes
  • Experience in designing and configuring software components and a strong SaaS-oriented architecture and integration background
  • Energetic, self-motivated candidate with high productivity, creating problem solving skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, internal customers, high-level staff and external vendors, strong customer service orientation
  • Good writing skills and an ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences
  • Familiar working in sandbox environments for development and testing
  • Experience performing data cleanup, extraction, and mass changes using data loaders
  • Experience with deployments from sandbox to production using change sets and/or migration tools
  • Understanding of enterprise applications including CRM, and ERP applications, corporate applications like JIRA, SFDC, etc.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and develop a detailed testing approach to support UAT
  • Ability to think outside the box, drive efficiencies & process improvements
  • Trustworthiness and high level of confidentiality


  • Maintain 99.9% uptime in all platforms
  • Ensure ACV uplift compared to forecast of any pricing changes
  • Immediate identification, troubleshooting, and resolution to issues
  • Fast response to ad hoc requests from executives and other departments
