Our client, an innovative leader in the airspace security industry, is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join a growing team. Responsibilities:

  • Support the operations team by making sure purchase orders are accurate and timely
  • Keep track of open orders for on time delivery
  • Maintain system audits and accurate data entry
  • Support inventory management, inventory reconciliation and receiving
  • Support and assist in developing QC processes for inspection

Requirements:

  • Possess or in process of obtaining Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of data entry or relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Familiar with a warehouse environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organization and time management skills
