We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to join our fun, flexible, and collaborative Internal Talent Acquisition Team. The ideal candidate will combine strong sourcing, recruiting, hiring skills, and possess the maturity to work with our practice leaders to effectively grow teams, and support our client’s needs. Our leadership team appreciates the thoughtful recruiting of passive candidates, combined with methodical screening/interviewing capabilities. Responsibilities:

  • Full lifecycle recruiting of top tier candidates including: sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback/recommendations, and assisting the candidate through offer negotiations and acceptance
  • Support our growth by recruiting exceptional professionals who deliver superior client-service and possess our core values of Excellence, Collaboration, Energy, and Impact
  • Possess an evolving understanding of the culture, pipeline, processes, protocols and service lines to source, recruit and hire top talent
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create/improve position descriptions that accurately reflect job duties and business requirements
  • Leverage recruiting resources including social media, LinkedIn, and networking, to identify and source qualified candidates
  • Perform detailed reference checks on selected candidates and review results with hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidate pipelines and recruiting activities
  • Provide data, statistics, feedback, and recommendations in order to optimize the recruiting process over time
  • Handle employee referrals with care and collaboration

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree (or higher)
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience from a professional services environment (Finance/Accounting focus preferred)
  • High energy, enthusiasm, confidence, flexibility, creativity, and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Professionalism and discretion in interacting with all candidates and the Leadership Team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational habits
  • Passion for recruiting, with a desire to deliver a quality experience for every candidate
  • Proven ability to work independently, in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Great sense of humor!
