We have a new growth opportunity with our client and are adding a few people to their high performing team. You will manage outreach to prospects, recognize possible clients, and work with outside sales team to facilitate next steps.
- Create leads and schedule appointments for outsides sales team.
- Work with sales counterparts to increase pipeline with new opportunities.
- Partner with outside sales counterparts to develop prospecting and lead generation programs.
- Utilizing Salesforce.com, maintain correct and current data related to all contacts and campaigns.
- Support our branding communication through outbound campaigns and strategies.
- Work with both cold and warm prospects.
- Demonstrate professionalism and ensure prospect satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows and events as required to support marketing efforts.
- Create/maintain exceptional business relationships with co-workers and clients.
- Various other sales duties as required.
- 1-2 Years Sales Development/Inside Sales/BDR Experience Required
- Salesforce (or other CRM) Proficiency
- Sales Methodology Understanding (Challenger/SPIN preferred)
- Ability to create/maintain strong relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a remote situation.
- Ability to work in the Orem, UT office when asked to return to the office.
- Must schedule 8 qualified meetings per month
- Must make 80-100 quality outbound calls daily

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 4 Year Degree or Commensurate Experience
- Salesforce, Hubspot, Sugar or other CRM Experience
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Consultative/Solutions Sales Experience
